Self-Guided Tour Requirements: Min Height 5’3”, Minimum Age: 16 (under 18 years old must have parents/guardian sign waiver), Maximum Weight: 260 pounds.

Lunch Sherpa Option: Pick a sandwich from JUS ASPEN and we will deliver it to the half way point of your self-guided adventure. Cost is $20 per person plus a $100 trail delivery fee.

Weather Dependent: Experiences are subject to weather and trail conditions. In the event of changes, we’ll coordinate with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
Location Flexibility: Riding locations are determined by weather. Guests will select from the best available options before their rental day to ensure optimal safety conditions and scenery.
What to Bring: Dress warmly with winter clothing, gloves, and boots (no ski boots)—and we’ll provide the rest.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip to receive a full refund. You have the option to purchase Trip Cancellation Guarantee for an additional 10% of your invoice total, which would allow you to cancel up to 7:00 PM the night before your trip for a full refund, minus the 10% cost of insurance. Any cancellations after 7:00 PM the night before your trip will be charged 100%, regardless of whether you have the Trip Cancellation Guarantee or not. If you choose not to purchase the Trip Cancellation Guarantee and are within 72 hours, you will be charged 100%.
